Melanie and Spencer’s Vow Renewals in a Magical Venue.

We have been planning this moment for a long time and finally made it happen!

In 2019, this lovely couple contacted me as they were looking for help to organize their vow renewals on the island.

We started planning this beautiful moment, and then COVID arrived. Finally, this happened in June 2022.

THE COUPLE

Melanie and Spencer have been together for ten years and decided it was time to reaffirm their love for each other and cherish their marriage once more. So, they chose to renew their vows in a place that held deep meaning for them: Ibiza. With their loved ones surrounding them, they celebrated this special moment on the island of Ibiza in an intimate and magical setting. Obsessed with the  different dress and shoe looks from the bride.

PLANNING AND DESIGN

The place is surrounded by pure nature, with fruit trees and mountains that offer a magical atmosphere.

For the decoration, we chose to maintain the vibrant green that the space provided us and combine it with pure white.

Different white roses and peonies were used for the floral arrangements and total white peonies for the Bridal Bouquet. 

The table setup was arranged with round tables for 8 diners under the starry sky.

ENTERTAINMENT

During dinner, we were accompanied by a flamenco music group offering a spectacular show, making the guests dance and experience flamenco music like never before.

THE CATERING

We created different corners for the reception with oyster bar, a variety of sushi, a professional ham cutter offering the best hams of the country, and a bar with signature cocktails.

Followed by a dinner featuring a delicious menu prepared by Italian chefs.

GUEST LOGISTICS

With almost sixteen friends and family members around, we helped the couple from London organize a memorable weekend.

We help with the hotel accommodation, villa´s and transfers.

After all these years of planning very closely with the couple, we can say they became our friends.

CONCIERGE SERVICE

The celebrations continued the following day with a vibrant pool party held at the villa that we hire for the couple, family and friends,The private chef crafting a bespoke menu for the occasion. 

Guests enjoyed the pool and music until sunset.

We crafted an incredible weekend filled with surprises for the family and friends of our lovely couple.

We feel privileged to have been chosen for the entire organization of such a special weekend.
